Colin Powell wrote a letter to McCain earlier today, showing his support for the Senate's attempt to limit the powers of BushCo., because I'm sure that like many of us, Powell knows that the Bush Administration has become insane. With their attempt to rewrite Common Article Three (of the Geneva Convention), they should realize that not only will they increase the world's US-hatred tenfold, but they will also risk the lives of the troops who are out there fighting their Iraq war.
BushCo. didn't seem to mind turning an average campaign volunteer into a criminal, so I guess they won't bat an eyelash or raise an eyebrow to the thought of war crimes charges for all of our soldiers.
Which leads me to my next post.
