I know what everyone's thinking: too little, too late. There's not much left of the Constitution to preserve if Bush has wiped his ass with it for many years. However, I think I'd rather that someone speak up and do something now than to just let us plunge deeper into the shithole. Yeah, we're sinking closer and closer to Orwell's classic 1984 with each day that passes without someone putting some limits back on the executive branch's powers -- no one is denying that, but it's nice to know that someone still cares enough about democracy to try saving it.
