A woman who argued with a flight attendant after spanking her children on a Frontier Airlines flight to Denver in 2007 was charged with an act of terrorism under the Patriot Act. Tamera Jo Freeman, who agreed to plead guilty in exchange for being released on probation, has been prohibited from flying to Hawaii, where her foster parents are attempting to adopt them.
