Howard Kurtz asks: Is the media pumping up the 'Angry Mob' narratives at the McCain/Palin events?

Yeah that works (not), just blame the media for all the hatred and racism going on at McCain campaign events.
So using that argument, is it also the medias fault that no one in the campaign has come out publicly against the nasty things being said?
