President Bush says he's spoken with both Barack Obama and John McCain, and offered his full-fledged help to President-elect Obama in his transition to the White House.
Pennsylvania Voters Celebrate To Obama Win
The 2008 race for the White House is the fifth straight presidential election in which Democrats carried Pennsylvania. Obama supporters gave him a great deal of support in Philadelphia and its suburbs.

Saw the celebration on CNN last night, too, with people chanting and singing in front of the White House. It turned from "Yes, We Can" to "Hey, Hey, Hey...Good-bye" very quickly.
