Greta Van Susteren ignored the fact that Sarah Palin was left out of RGA Leadership in while gushing about how Palin "stole the show" at the RGA meeting. Van Susteren also falsely claimed that Palin had been cleared of all wrongdoing in Troopergate.

Palin Urges GOP Governors to Keep Dems Honest?

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin called on fellow GOP governors to keep the new president and his Democratic majority in check as she signaled she'll take a leadership role in her party.

So Palin honestly believes she will lead the so called "GOP revolution" and bring significance and power back to the Republican party.
And I honestly thought John McCain was the one dealing with mass delusions.
