This is according to the UN's emergency relief co-ordinator, Jan Egeland, who also says that neither Hezbollah no the Israelis seem to care about civilian suffering.
Unfortunately, help is unable to reach the wounded children because roads and bridges have been cut off thanks to Israeli air strikes.
