Conservative leader Paul Weyrich, a cofounder of the Heritage Foundation and the Free Congress Foundation, died last night at age 66. Weyrich coined the term "moral majority" in 1979, only to lament during the '90s that he no longer believed it existed. "If there were," he said, "Bill Clinton would have been driven out of office months ago."
