A nine-year-old Hillsboro, Texas boy was nearly decapitated in a car crash three months ago, but doctors reattached his head to his neck and he's made virtually a full recovery. "His injury is normally catastrophic, fatal, and he managed to survive," said pediatric neurosurgeon Richard Roberts.
