Don't want the kid send them on to another family that can't have their own kid.

I think the whole eugenics for the poor argument is very sick and demented and really reminds me of the genocide Hitler committed.
Humans have no right to play God and this is what this lawmaker wants to do.

To stem the abortion tide, mass education must be used.
