Liberal Democratic Sen. Russ Feingold said Sunday he wants Congress to censure President Bush for his management of the Iraq war and his "assault" against the Constitution.
I guess I'll file this one under I will believe it when I see it.
Feingold seems to be one of a few politicians willing to confront the Bush White House on a daily basis.
I think the Dems are running scared with a fear of a voter led backlash similar to what happened to the Republicans when they censured then President Bill Clinton.
