Ohio Supreme Court Shoots Down Eminent Domain Land Grab In Ohio
The Ohio Supreme Court has said that the "economical development" or "deteriorating" labels don't hold water in Ohio as valid reasons to give private property to wealthy private developers.
This is a huge win for people's right to personal property ownership and a huge stab in the back at gigantic developers who are more concerned with profits and the bottom line, and less with the people they would be displacing against their will.
