Judge Lifts North Carolina's Cohabitation Ban, Calls It Unconstitutional
The world can rest a bit better tonight knowing another stupid law is thrown off the books.
Till this ruling, North Carolina still had a 201 year old law on the books that barred unmarried couples from living together.
Talk about being behind the times, the 1800's called and they want their law back.
