This company makes such an enormous profit off it's products, it's very sad and unfortunate that they continue to pay employee's slave wages and treating workers like crap.
Ever been to a McD's during dinner rush or late at night, most of the employee's have this look of disdain like they hate their job and life; that this is rock bottom for those seeking employment.
I used to work at Taco Bell as a Restaurant Manager so I know what the food costs were and the costs of items when we made a sale.
Taco Bell charges $1.50 to $1.99 for a 32 ounce soda and if it is a normal branded cup, they have 24 cents in it when it comes to you out the drive thru window.
29-32 cents a cup if they are running a national promotion for a movie, theme park, ect..
Please, fast food corporate slave owner's of America, don't give people the false notion or idea that your operational costs are too high to pay workers a liveable wage.
For every one of you in the world, there is a Costco's or Aldis paying their employee's a great salary, with full benefits and the employee's love to work at their respective jobs.
Treat workers like shit, get equal shit effort back, piss poor customer service and you will lose money.
Treat workers, like they are essential element to your success, as they are, you make a huge profit off every person you invest time, training and resources in and your not a corporate welfare queen that the whole world hates.
