Drudge Report All Caps Flash Report
Looks like a heavy dose of character assassination via the Drudge Report website.
John Green, currently executive producer of the weekend edition of GOOD MORNING AMERICA, wrote a scathing email basically calling it like he sees it.
What is this...freedom of speech is no more? I honestly thought everyone is entitled to an opinion.
I guess some don't share that ideology.
"If he uses the 'mixed messages' line one more time, I'm going to puke," Green complained.
Then with the typical Republican "liberal media" attacks, Drudge belts out the following nonsense:
The blunt comments by Green, along with other emails obtained by the DRUDGE REPORT, further reveal the inner workings of the nation's news outlets.
Backpeddling in 3, 2, 1...cause you know, people in powerful positions in the media who think for themselves are a threat and danger to the "war on terror".
A friend of Green's at ABC says Green is mortified by the email. "John feels so badly about this email. He is a straight shooter and great producer who is always fair. That said, he deeply regrets the sentiment expressed in the email and the embarrassment it causes ABC News."
This is a complete and total disgrace. How long will people stand aside, and let this total disdain for "free speech" and Macarthyism continue to move forward?
First Dan Rather, next ABC executive John Green...who will be the next to be attacked by these fundamentalist bigots?
America, freedom as we know it is dying, and it's getting worse, not better, as time passes. Who is going to stand up and say enough is enough?
