Oil Could Rise Over $100 A Barrel
Several Kuwaiti oil experts believe that the war in the Middle East and continued unrest in the region could drive up oil prices to dangerous levels.
Driver now paying 3-4 dollars a gallon could see gas prices of 5-8 dollars a gallon, a big enough increase to bring any economy to a screeching halt.
Even with this being a crucial election year, I believe GW's love for the oil companies will trump any attempt to keep gas prices low and try to tune down already angry gasoline customers.
So in short, oil companies stand to make a mint of any war or conflict in the Middle East region and we the consumers will get the shaft again.
