Iraqi Forces Capture Four "Al Qaeda Operatives"

I know this is probably another well scripted public relations stunt but it is another huge step towards Iraq's self-governance.
Will it end the violence, no, but it will send the message to groups that are encouraging sectarian violence that it's not acceptable and those behind the attacks will be held accountable.
