This is pure insanity and police brutality at its finest.
These cops are cold blooded killers and there is no nice way to describe the actions they took.
There is no defense for this horrible crime at any level of law enforcement.
Is this how we deal with the mental illness "epidemic" in this country?

Just go out in pairs and mow them down like serial killers for sport?
Then they have the balls to claim the guy "lunged at them with a knife?"
Look at the video, just a confused guy who got gunned down (MURDERED!) for being different.
No attack or lunging involved by the victim of the police assault.
