Barry Delaney made a promise to his best friend Kevin Elliott, a Black Watch soldier killed in Afghanistan, that one would wear a flourescent yellow dress to the other's funeral. After Elliott was killed while on foot patrol in the southern province of Helmand on August 31, Delaney kept his promise.
