At least 16 people have been killed in two suicide car bomb attacks in north-western Pakistan -- 10 in a commercial area in Peshawar and six outside a police station in Bannu. The attacks show the Taliban appear to be reasserting themselves, reported the BBC's Aleem Maqbool.
