A Lehigh Valley, Pa., couple has run into trouble getting a birthday cake for their three-year-old son. ShopRite's bakery refuses to make the cake inscribed with the child's name: Adolf Hitler Campbell. "ShopRite can't even make a cake for a 3-year-old," said mother Deborah Campbell. "That's sad."
