Last night, Bill O'Reilly and Tom McArdle of Investor Business Daily took turns attacking Judge Anna Diggs Taylor who recently ruled against the NSA's domestic eavesdropping program. O'Reilly began the conversation asking, "Does she want Americans to die?"
Well, certainly this is nothing new because everyone should be used to how the O'Reilly Factor program works. I must say though, either Bill and Judical Watch must be on the same page by some amazing feat or Judical Watch members got some ideas after watching the show because now they're blasting Judge Taylor, who ruled that the NSA wiretap program is unconstitutional, because she "failed to recuse herself in spite of a conflict of interest" -- they're saying she's connected (through a former job) to the ACLU.
She serves as a secretary for the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan whose trustees have doled out small grants to the ACLU in the past. Judical Watch says her "conflict of interest" is that she is a secretary and trustee for the group, but if you look at their site, you'll see that she's not a trustee. More bogus crap from Judical Watch, it seems.
