AT&T sues data brokers over customer information
Of course they do. That's why they've filed a lawsuit against 25 data brokers whom the company says obtained phone-calling records for about 2,500 customers through fraudulent means by posing as customers, themselves.
The funny thing is that, to avoid hypocrisy, they should turn around and sue themselves for voluntarily handing out customer information to the NSA, but yeah, we all know they won't be doing that anytime soon.
