The Swiftboaters Are Back in the Water
More than 50 veterans running in this years elections are in danger of being attacked again by the same group that ran the false and libelous "Swiftboat Veterans for Truth" campaign against John Kerry in the 2004 elections.
It looks like the GOP will do anything short of murder to try to keep their power grip on the white House and Congress, even defame and lie about honorable servicemen if it is necessary.
The almighty Republicans will continue to call themselves great patriots while sending more soldiers to war and then attack those records who have served.
There is no honor in "Swift-boating" these guys and by doing so, even through proxy and private support is disgusting.
I guess it doesn't get me too irritated as I know the GOP doesn't follow the rules at any level.
Throw out respect and honor while your at it too.
