President Bush is trying his hardest to spin tax cuts for the rich and government spending that are both way out of control.
If one looks beyond the politics of this issue, they would see that there really isn't a lot to be celebrating right now unless you are very rich; then the president has made you wealthier, and you didn't have to do a thing to reap the benefits.
