New Problems Found With Boston's "Big Dig" Tunnel
Tests now question the safety of 1,100 bolts used to hold heavy concrete panels into place. Three-hundred other places have been identified as unreliable, still unsafe, and dangerous.
I love how Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney is using the obvious lack of oversight during the construction process to look like a man of action given the fact he was responsible for the original construction and lack of oversight. He signed off on the first expensive screw-up and now is pushing the problems off onto others.
Truly, he is a model politician; not an ounce of accountability, and seizing the moment to blame others for costly mistakes on his watch.
