Mexican runner-up Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador filed a former challenge to Mexico's election which may have been tainted with fraud, votes being not counted and voter intimidation. Mexico joins the U.S. in the league of free, democratic countries unable to hold a "free, transparent and legal" elections at any level.
