A Medical Crisis of Conscience
There's really only one way to solve this so it's fair for both sides. Just tell them that they can continue to practice as they wish, but equally, there should be doctors who practice without allowing their religious beliefs to come in the way, and when we open the phone book or contact our insurance company, then it should be 100% obvious which doctor will and which one won't. Always.
