The AP, the Boston Globe, and US News & World Report seem to think so. And you know what? I think they may be on to something.
I hope Katie Couric can hack it as the new Viacom finger puppet. It's quite obvious Dan Rather was more interested in covering the real news, much to the displeasure of his corporate overlords.
