The Nightly News.
NY Times columnist, Frank Rich pens an article about the nation's "real traitors who reside in the White House"; Times Select members can read the full article here.
The Hartford Courant obtains records which show that troops with severe mental illnesses have been sent to Iraq or kept in combat; the military needs people, and it sure shows, doesn't it?
According to Germany's paper, Bild am Sonntag, Osama bin Laden is living in Pakistan close to the Afghan border, but Pakistani authorities are only making "half-hearted" efforts to catch him; gee, why am I not surprised? Isn't Pakistan an ally?
An ABC News report shows that Democrats and even some Republicans believe that Bush has stretched the limits of presidential authority; everyone is just now noticing this?
Looks like Cheney's indictment is soon after Rove's: Hand-written notes by the Vice President surface in the Fitzgerald probe.
The Army is backing away from HBO's Baghdad E.R. "due to fears that it may demoralize troops and negatively affect public opinion about the war."
McCain makes a stop at Falwell's Liberty University; it's funny how he talks about respecting others' opinions in his speech, and yet, back in 2000, when he was still trying to become the Republican candidate for the presidency, he called Falwell and his ilk "agents of intolerance".
Another Diebold problem??? Except this time, it's really serious...like on a scale of 1 to 10, it's a 10.
Obama says that Bush's talks of victory plans and such are just that--talks; "This idea," Obama said, "that somehow if you say the words 'plan for victory' and 'stay the course' over and over and over and over again and you put these subliminal messages behind you that say 'victory' and 'victory' and 'victory,' that somehow people are not going to notice the 2,400 flag-draped coffins that have arrived at the Dover Air Force Base." You nailed it right there, buddy.
Another suit against Verizon; this time, it's the state of New York.
