Run over to Crooks and Liars if you haven't already. Apparently, Bush was cued early, started his speech, and CNN was the only network ready to go, so Wolf Blitzer's speech was interrupted. Cue the president...who doesn't look too happy to find out that there's been a goof, and only CNN is broadcasting.
It's one of those funny Bush moments.
