Drudge runs a flashback to 2004 when Palm County prosecutors claimed to have evidence supporting that Rush Limbaugh had committed 10 felonies; Drudge claims it's a "case of the vanishing evidence"...they probably did have the evidence, but since Rush isn't one of us peons, he would never go to jail for more than 1 year--tops, so what's the point of using the evidence?

Paul Spiegel, the man who fled from Nazis as a child and later became the head of Germany's main Jewish organization, has passed away from cancer.

Former Senator John Danforth, a Log Cabin Republican and an Episcopal priest, thinks banning gay marriage through a constitutional amendment is silly; calls it "the latest example of how the political influence of evangelical Christians is hurting the GOP."

Time comes out with its list of the 100 Most Influential People tomorrow; the creators of MySpace share a spot with Bill Clinton and Papa Bush??

Old war haunts debate between the U.S. and Mexico; ack, my friends...shouting things like "this shows that LA never stopped being ours" helps no one's cause.
