Is The New "Buzzword" Progress?

Source: AP News

This week's special word in the White House is "progress".

Feel free to add your favorite words in front of this special word of wisdom. Words like: failure, where is the, do you see the "..." because I sure don't, ect.
Progress is the buzzword at the White House as Bush headlines a campaign tied to the war's anniversary to buck up public support of the mission.

The president continues yet another series of speeches on Iraq--there have been several similar blitzes in the last year--Monday at the City Club of Cleveland. He planned to take questions about his war policy and other topics from the audience in the heavily Democratic city.

White House press secretary Scott McClellan said Bush would update Americans on his vision for Iraq--highlighting the progress being made while acknowledging that not everything has gone perfectly.

I hope people who actually think for themselves will actually find this a joke and laughable at best.

Just because the Bush White House touts the word "progress" in the media, and the conservative minions will be spouting it 24/7, doesn't mean something actually comes from its utterance.

This tactic just shows how out of touch this administration is.

They are still pandering to the fundies of the GOP while the voting block they should be courting, the moderates and true conservatives, go ignored.

Keep ignoring the "true" Republicans of your party. You guys make disenfranchising the core of your party a guideline to failure. I'm pretty sure they will repay you ten-fold and ignore the GOP when they stay at home this November the 2nd.

Spineless Dems won't need to worry about procuring change in the direction this country is moving. By a total lack of leadership and ignoring of the GOP base, the Dems can just watch the Republicans destroy themselves and then move in for the spoils.

Why do all the footwork when you have an entire party willing to do it for you?
